Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

Any product that has been opened, used, tampered with, or shows signs of wear will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, compliance, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
