Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, inventory availability, or compliance checks.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using reputable third-party carriers. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include processing time. Black Bunker is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products ordered from Black Bunker are legal to receive in their state or locality.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse shipments to locations where products may be restricted or prohibited.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees or may not qualify for a refund.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Black Bunker is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery confirmation. If available, customers are encouraged to select shipping options that include tracking or insurance.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
